WOW!!! I can not help but fall in love with the Gallo brothers. They are the perfect bad boy. They just have the sex appeal rolling off of them. You have anything from tattoo artist, musician, fighter, and undercover cop. I little bit of everything in the series. Freaking yummy. I done the whispersync and I just loved the narrators.

This book was about Michael Gallo. Now we got to meet him in book one. Michael does not have the talent to be a tattoo artist at Inked. He is still part owner and does the piercings there. He also loves to fight. That is his true passion.

Mia Greco was a doctor at County Hospital ER. Now I had to admire her. She was this sassy woman that put her all in her work. She loved helping people and even volunteered at the clinic. She had so much strength but needed to slow down just a little and have fun.

The chemistry between these Mia and Michael was amazing. I think Mia wanted Michael as much as Michael wanted her. These two will need to find some balance in their life. They will have several difficulties and have a little crazy to face as well.

I truly hated Tammy in this book. WOW!! to picture someone like that as a nurse is pretty scary. She will be a hand full and Michael will need to figure out a way to deal with her. Every time she appeared in the book my skin crawled.

Cammie was funny as all get out. I just loved that woman and just wished we got to see a little more of her in the book.

Of course we got to meet the other Gallo bunch. Tragedy is just around the corner and I loved how this family pulled together. You can see so much love in that family.

This was a great story and glad I got a chance to read the book.

Chelle Bliss', "Hook Me Men of Inked Series, Book 2" is the story of Michael Gallo, part owner and piercing artist of the family owned tattoo shop, INKED. Although he and his family do extremely well with the business, his real passion is MMA fighting. He eats, sleeps, and breathes being in the ring. It's his number one love, until he meets Dr. Mia Greco. Mia is a workaholic, who puts all of her time into helping those who cannot help themselves. Her heart bleeds for her patients. All of her spare time goes into helping the sick and uninsured in an inner city, hole in the wall, walk in clinic, where her best is just not good enough to keep it afloat. After a few chance encounters and an amazingly romantic first date. Michael and Mia fall for each other.
"Hook Me" is Michael's story. I initially met Michael in "Throttle Me", book one. He was, to me, City's sarcastic brother, who would like to break his balls from time to time. In "Hook Me" you really get to know Michael Gallo. He has this intimidating tough guy exterior, but a sensitive, warm interior. He, is what I call a "gentle giant". However, sensitive and warm do not equal weak or meek. He knows exactly what he possesses . He's just the right amount of cockiness, roughness, and arrogance. In the bedroom he showed up and showed out. His interactions with Mia were hot, to say the least. I loved the little games they'd played with each other, the built up anticipation, and the cocky, dirty talk exchanged between the two.
As far as a relationship. Michael saw right through Mia and broke down all of her defensive walls. Mia gave a good face and buried herself in work to shield herself from pain and hurt. There were aspects of her primary job in the hospital ER, that caused her pain and sometimes feeling helpless. This is why she spent her spare time, engrossed in making a difference at the clinic. She's not one to open up, so when "the shoe drops" and she gets some disappointing news about Michael, she feels it is a trust betrayed,
What can I say? Chelle Bliss does it again.This book was read from beginning to end in one sitting. Because I read "Throttle Me", I initially thought, that I would compare to Michael to City, but "Hook Me" and Michael's story stand apart. Just like real siblings, who may share the same principles, their personalities are completely different. (BTW, it was great to catch up with City and Suzy!) This was brilliantly written. Each and every character was written and created with so much depth and they are relatable. We interact with people with traits like Michael, Izzy, and Mama Gallo on daily basis.
In true Bliss fashion, Chelle sets the stage for the next installment of the Gallo family story. I cannot for the next one -)
Until then, I shall bask in the wonder of "Hook Me Men of Inked Series, Book 2" a 5 STAR READ!!!!!
This is Michel and Mia’s story. Michel first meets Mia when he is hurt in his MMA match she is a feisty doctor in the ER. But weeks later Michel knocks her down when leaving the gym. But they don’t remember each other right away. But Mia takes a chance and goes out with this total alpha male. But Michel has a crazy in his past but the crazy doesn’t think she is his past so soon trouble comes to shake up Michel and Mia’s relationship. So enjoy the read to see how they handle the crazy to get their HEA ! ! Oh and keep reading because this book has another book with it Throttle. This book try’s to finish City’s and Suzy’s story but trouble hits again so you need to reads this book to see if they get a HEA. So enjoy another good read ! !
When I met Michael Gallo in Joe's story (Throttle Me), I new he was a charmer but in this story we get to see just how much of a romantic he is as he pursues Mia Greco. Oh, man did I swoon.

These two are from totally different worlds. He's a piercer and UFC fighter and she's an ER doctor. She's sees his profession as violent based on what she sees and spends her life treating in the ER. She's deeply attracted to him and fights really hard to deny that his fighting doesn't turn her on but he knows that it does. He loves that she's strong willed, independent and intelligent. Not like the flakes he's been spending his time with in the past. Those traits make her extremely desirable to him and he's set on not ever letting that go.

They have amazing chemistry in and out of the sheets.

What I've loved so far about these books is that the Gallo boys have been insistent that they're not settling down and the minute their eyes land on their woman, they're the ones not letting go. The girls make them work for it and fight to prove they're there to stay. The grow up instantly from boys plowing the fields to men sowing their oats. I just keep falling in love with them as I continue with this series.
